Could someone suggest a work outfit with lots of pockets and a reasonable chance of success?

So far I've failed twice putting a pocket in a wool shirt with thread and needle 80. I'd rather not waste more cloth if there's something better I should be trying to make.

pockets are generally awfully hard to slot and you'll end up forcing them most of the time.

it's pretty easy to get a 4-pocket setup, but for a 5-pocket setup you'll need the priestly shirt/tunic (can't remember) which can hold both pockets in the shirt slot.

Both the priestly robe and the priestly tunic can hold 2 in the shirt slot.

Should be important to note that they don't match though so getting two in those slots is very very difficult and low percentages.
