1: If you plant said cuttling, in said pottery, with said humus and said water, if you're lucky, yes.
2: If you get/have the worms. Then yes.
3: Probably around 8-9% - if you dont have legacy humus. Not sure tho'.
4: Tier 3 products.
5: Go play WoW.

Why isn't it? It's an MMO. There will always be someone with more time than you. Accept it or quit playing.

As for going to play WoW, is it really any better there? There's a lot of questions that is an appropriate response to, but at least get the punchline right.

I believe a lot of players are put off by the fact there is no hard level cap in salem. In WoW you level to like level 60 (?), you're the highest level possible and from there on you minmax your equipment.

In salem, there's no real limit to how high you can go when you have the time/determination. Personally, I don't squeeze every possible humour drop out of my play-time, and consequently the humours on my main characters are on the medium end (for "veteran" characters). I'm pretty sure a half-settled player who knows what he's doing could have higher humours than me in a month or two.

As MagicMan worded it so aptly earlier,

I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Haven't looked at WoW in a while, have you? WoW is all about gear progression, and if you fall behind, nobody wants to raid or PvP with you. If you do random PvP, you're still behind because someone will always be able to put more time into grinding out the latest season's gear, and elite PvPers love nothing more than going into randoms and laying waste to all the undergeared noobs.

1- when i plant this cutting in this pottery, can i raise purity of cutting?
2- if i raise purity of cutting, can i make a better humus bin and produce better humuses?
3- what is maximum value in humuses with 40.20 salt pottery?
4- If i can't produce %30 or more humuses how can i raise my biles more than 200?
5- Is it a kind of paradox? Because old players are always stronger than new players. Is it fair?

yes, Once the alchemy system is completed I imagine all the Legacy and/or higher purity stuff that is out there will quickly become obsolete.
