i would assume it's the armor slot, where you can put the plymouth rock armour (a limited edition item given out after closed beta).
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

to be nitpicking at details: i'd like to note it isn't a VIP item, but a limited edition item dropped by the devs on rare occasions.

They gave a bunch away the last live stream they did with Paradox, along with a bunch of other goodies.

Slots in Sweaters are just like slots in any other clothing item. It hasn't been mentioned yet but its important to realize the different items have different pictures next to them for slotting and effect the chance of your slotting success.
