Pottery and Purity

Postby mosyo_meurseult » Tue Oct 01, 2013 10:14 am

Hi Pilgrims!

I wanna ask you questions about pottery.

1- If i make %5 pure pottery, is it enough value to make %20 or more pure humuses with replanting?

2- Max. value in pottery is %10 but i wanna make %20+ humuses. Is it possible?

3- Best value in humuses is %10 in the new system?

4- For example If i make % 4 pure pottery, can't i raise purity of humuses more than %5 or 6?

Thank you. :)

1. No
2. No
3. No, about 16-20%
4. Probably with worms

ps: pottery doesn't generate humus, it's the bins !

this bin is 20% wood

Did you try to replace one or two of your high-purity worms with ones with lesser purity? sometimes you can squeeze additional points in the elemental value by doing so.

I have noticed such things indeed

Probably worms are most importnant part of pure humuses. And water will ruin value of humuses. For example even though i can produce %30 flour, when i make pie dough it will turn %5 because my water's value is %6. :(

That means your water does not match your flour.

colours man, colours. It's not just because it's pure that it's good! If you have salt flour and low-salt water you'd be better off just using the 0% water from wells, in many cases. Even, better it probably only takes like half an hour to scout a 4%+ water source.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

I think he's referring to matching up the elemental factors. If you have one that is gaining in purity but low in the element the rest are in, it'll bring down your purity compared to using one that is even 0/0/0/0 (0%). People get too hung up on plain purity when it really doesn't tell us anything other than the multiplier on foods and Inspirationals.

For example i make 41.00 salt humus bin and 40.30 salt worms. And after that i plant 40.45 salt cutting in 40.20 salt pure pottery with 40.41 salt humuses and 41.45 salt water so

1- when i plant this cutting in this pottery, can i raise purity of cutting?
2- if i raise purity of cutting, can i make a better humus bin and produce better humuses?
3- what is maximum value in humuses with 40.20 salt pottery?
4- If i can't produce %30 or more humuses how can i raise my biles more than 200?
5- Is it a kind of paradox? Because old players are always stronger than new players. Is it fair?
