If you don't know how to make one then you don't need to make one.

this.

A trial by fire is used to be able to attack established towns. If you don't know how to get oiled boards, you don't want to be attacking towns.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

If someone has a town he is most likely more developed player, remember that if you attack the town you will leave scents, and you can be tracked down or even killed while you are OFFLINE. Those are only few of the problems that you would stumble upon.
Making oiled boards is very time consuming.
1 First you need to construct timber pile, wait 5 days for it to dry.
2 After you get dry boards you need to plane the boards using the carpenters bench- if your hammer n nail is low, you will destroy most of the dry boards in the process.
3. Finally you need to place them in oiling though and wait 2 days to turn (half of them usually) into oiled boards.
Long story short, it will take you a week to even make those. You need to have: seeds, press, Carpenter's Bench, Oiling Trough and a bucket. And better make a lot of timber pile's because most of the boards will be destroyed in the process (assuming your hammer n nail is low).

Good evening,

To build a Trial by Fire you need Waste, and you also need to be in a town and have permissions to build authority objects.

As other posters have mentioned, you shouldn't be building this. Also this is in the wrong subforum.

Faithfully,
