Well, 7 years of passive agression to go, then.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Unfortunately, the few players who claim to be Wizards rarely talk in great lengths about their abilities and powers. There have been a handful of eye-witness accounts of seeing them in game and several players who have seen them teleport, conjure stuff, and go invisible. Along with a "spell" that has allowed them to locate players anywhere on the map. Some claim its a series of bugs, others swear they are the real deal. Only the "Wizards" themselves know for sure.

jeez guys, grief and troll noobs in the help section much.

Byrdass there are no such things as Witches or Wizards in this game .... yet.

Alchemy has been implemented (without the clothes...goddammit Jorb)
There are cauldrons that can be used to boil mushrooms.
There are Witch's hats which are very rare because they've only become available during developer live plays when they were given out by the dev's.
There are Witch's Caps which are a very powerful mushroom.
There are some ingredients that seem they have more uses yet to come than what they do now.
Broomsticks have been dev'ed and shown in videos but they crash the server and haven't been implemented.

Players claiming to be a Witch or a Wizard are sort of like your drunk uncle dressing up like Santa Claus around Christmas and claiming to be the real Santa. He may be jolly and fat with red cheeks. He may even give you a present but he's not the real Santa. Unfortunately it's very hard to prove that he isn't the real Santa Claus when you don't have the real one to compare your drunk uncle to. :D

As the river rolled over the cliffs, my own laughing joy was drowned out by the roaring deluge of the water. The great cataract of Darwoth's Tears fell over and over endlessly.

Not sure if trolling or being helpful. :?

Seriously, there are no wizards in this game. Witchcraft, when implemented, will be the closest thing. Other than a demo shown on twitch.tv, nobody even knows what all that will entail. Don't expect spellslingers. Think more curses on items and tools and boons such as buffs or (hopefully) quality improvements, maybe some "god gifts" similar to what is available in HnH.
