Did you move the egg if so it will not hatch even if put back in the same spot. If you have not moved it there should be a bar on the right side of the egg to show you how close it is to hatching.

Edit- Also egg laying seems to be random i have some that seem to lay as soon as i move a chick and other that take forever to lay. Someone else might know more about this though.

Do you have a gobbler inside the coop also ?

And you have to make sure you keep 1 line of space under so they can lay their eggs there and also be sure you remove the turkey droppings.

I don't thnk I moved it but I did move the hen when she layd the egg so she can lay more. :( Yes I have one boy and a girl. Does poo make it hard for them to lay eggs?

poo does not influence it.

eggs need a hen in the slot directly above them to hatch. You can move eggs from one spot to another (or their breeding hen), but it must happen fast. Keep in mind that they must end up under another hen to continue hatching :) Hens can only lay eggs in the spot directly below them. If it is occupied by anything else (turkey poop, an egg, a hatchling or another hen) they will not lay eggs.

Eggs without a progressbar are not hatching and are "lost causes". Make some omelettes.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.
