Zero purity foods for gluttony

Postby Alaras » Fri Sep 06, 2013 8:53 pm

I have zero purity everything but tier 3 crops and various meat combos have been decently effective at raising my humors. The one I'm really missing is a blood food, has anyone found something that has decent stats at zero purity? I'm currently using mushroom pies with wheat/sugar caps and they give I believe something like 20/30/20/50 to blood. That's not bad but they're kind of a pain to make and painful if they hit on 20 a few times.

Try cabbage crush salad with garlic clove. Gives a bit less blood, but it's a lot easier to spam.

I'll have to play around with it using Dark's matrices, I made it with the following and got ~40 Phlegm but no blood:

Yellow Corn Oil
Yellow Bell Pepper
Garlic Bulb
White Cabbage

I actually found a pretty good one with his values already, windy pooh with a garlic clove instead of a bulb:

Windy Pooh, Red Cabbage, Garlic Clove
Code: Select all
   77.15   7.7   30.8   6
   50.5    7     28     3
   76      0     0     67
   55.9    4.2   16.8   5

Clove, not bulb. And peppers don't have multipliers :(

Ah that would explain it, I missed that. Thanks for the tip.

Yellow corn is terrible for blood, and as Potjeh said cloves are good for blood, the blood column for bulbs is all 0.
The Windy pooh recipe is a great blood recipe but can be kind of a pain to mass produce so you should probably mix it with sugar cap pies, since all the ingredients can be grown in large quantities.

Well, it's corn oil, it comes out the same no matter what corn you use. Not that it matters anyway, since oils don't have multiplier matrices.

Oh, and cornbread can be useful at surprisingly high levels, since it's eaten quite fast.
