Bought silver but total Noob

OK so I wanted some silver, so I clicked on the link and purchased through the store. However, for some reason it did not have my account name at the top. It went through paypal though. How in the world am I going to get my silver?

Hmmm, is the bank the one building you can go into that is a square room with nothing in it? If so there is nothing in it, lol.

There is a bank in a townsqare, and in front of it theres NPC guy -> if you speak to him he will show you your account and a withraw amount box.

There should be a grey faced man called a Bank teller in front of the bank, if you can't find him post what server you are on and some one can post a pic.

You may be having the same problem I had at the start. Do you know to rotate the mouse to change the perspective. \\the game is played in 3 d/

Thank you so much on the tip about scrolling my mouse. I found the banker, there is no money in my account. It has went through paypal and posted to my account already, been three days.......
