Could we get some kind of update?

Postby martinuzz » Sun Aug 11, 2013 8:45 pm

It's all nice and dandy, you devs breaking your heads over gluttony and reworking the code.
But if that's gonna take months and months, please first think up some kind of update that will give us something new to do in the meanwhile, and keep us from getting bored and bummed out.
Did Claeyt shut up yet?

Wasn't there supposed to be some sort of Alchemy Clothing set?

If the gluttony patch is what's next on the menu I sure wouldn't mind that kind of patch. Wouldn't hurt to just drop in every now and then with an ETA so the community are kept up to date with how development is going. Over a month without any communication can make a man wonder.

i would rather they take another several months to implement the gluttony patch properly than half ass/kneejerk it the way they have every other food related patch and cause a myriad of fresh problems that will take another summer to fix in the process.

yet some communication on what they are actually doing (and that they are actually doing anything) would be a nice thing. It is now more than a month again since the last update, and not counting pockets we go back to may 9th for an actual content update.

Sometimes, it's just nice to know the devs are still alive (something along the lines of "wish you were here", even)
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Its actually only been about (2) weeks since they conducted their last interview in the Lovers of Loftar thread.

Your LoL thread doesn't tell anything good tbh, we'd like to have an official word from jorb or loftar

It's been 4 weeks since the last update/read: bugfix (was fixed 30 min after I reported it >pic<)
It's been 9 weeks since a 'small' patch (pockets)
And only 15 weeks since the last decent patch & they also promised an Alchemy Pack by the end of that week

A few words can change my choice between completely quitting or waiting for next patch !
