Cabbage seeds at 50% upkeep

How many cabbage seeds do you need at 50% and 100% upkeep? The wiki says 7 & 15 respectively, however I am unable to plant a field with only 7. I am sure the field is at 50% upkeep.

Not completely true, sometimes it drains 8 seeds aswell like 50/50.

It takes 7.5 seeds but it rounds up the display.

In my experience.. you are both correct... There appears to be an invisible decimal place that can make it go one way or the other. What determines it... I have no idea.

Can confirm this, happened to me as well.

Salem always keeps the decimals, so if your upkeep is 50.1% it shows as 50% and you only need 2 humus and half seeds, yet the game thinks it's not enough, since 25 < 25.01. With cabbage it's more complicated, since 15/2=7.5. The game will check 7<7.5, so you need 8 to plant, but only 7 are used, since the game rounds 7.5 down to 7. Now if you have 50.1% upkeep it will need 7.51 and rounds up to 8.
