New eula, what's changed ?

When I wanted to login to the forums today, i had to accept the new eula ( http://login.salemthegame.com/portal/eula2 )

Anyone care to tell me what changed ? I'm too lazy to read & compare it :p

Its July 8th. So this must have been the big shift in power from Paradox and SeaTribe. But seriously....

1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.

This end-user license agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity), hereinafter sometimes referred
to as “You,” “End User” or “Licensee,” and HB Seatribe (“Seatribe” or “we”)
for the software product accompanying this EULA which includes video game
related software and may include associated media, printed media, and on-
line or electronic documentation (collectively, “Software Product” or,
alternatively, the “Game”).

Followed by:

2. OWNERSHIP.
It is hereby understood and agreed that Seatribe and Paradox Interactive AB
(“Paradox”) are the owners of all right titles,

So the legal agreement is PURELY between users and Seatribe yet Paradox retains ownership rights in the project DESPITE their written notification on these forums that they are pulling out of the project? Is this more half-ass'ed work from Paradox or are they in fact retaining ownership in the project?\

Also fun fact...

If it comes to Seatribe’s or Paradox’s attention that
End User under the age of 18 has purchased some in-game
currency, Seatribe and Paradox have the right to immediately
cancel that End User’s account

Paradox still retains the right to immediately cancel Salem accounts and licenses that are in a legal binding agreement purely between the End Users and Seatribe.

Paradox likely just wants to keep their foot in the door so that they can jump back in and claim all credit if Salem manages to recover itself
Hopefully we don't get another Enigmaz out of it
