Just because we can render 3d graphics that does not mean that we automatically represent a full 3d environment. Objects have no true sense of altitude, for example. Only the map does.

I fail to grasp the point of having terraforming then at all. Apologies for thinking it was possible to add structures with a sense of altitude.

Because the main form of irritation in settling any land right now is that the land should be flat ? Granted, if all land were flat to start with this wouldn't be an issue, but there were already interesting designs created with terraforming, and I expect many more :)

If we could build a platform supported by wooden beams and columns on sloped terrain and build structures on it, that'd be nice.
We make sword stone for keeper and pull they do it and excalibur come out. have no make stone to for sword we make sword box for sword to put sword in for sword. -Moniker (Anarchy online)
