The fact, that such artifice has a hardness more than copper buttoms (which are better in addition) makes scales cheaper. I'm not sure if it's value more than 70s as the snake it's not the only producer.

Yeah I don't know the Jamestown economy too well but I would think 70s might be a bit high.

They sell for around 20-50s on Roanoke, so yeah, not much. They're okay to slot, but nothing special.

snake scales are a great addition if you are trying to build a defensive set, their just a pain in the ass to slot.
