By all means, keep them, but why not add also passive gains over time when doing meaningful tasks in a specific role? +250 per field you harvest ? So if you harvest 10 fields in a row, you can get 2500 Stocks and Cults to level 25>27 ? Instead of making / farming / hoping for good inspirational to level up ?
You know how about like, as you chop a tree you gain F&W? like 5 point per second, can be modified with gear, as you chop the tree, you gain exp in it towards leveling up.
Why would i need to cut a tree, chop it into boards, Dry the boards, plain the boards, Then craft an inspirational, for which i can now gain some exp, you should be passively gaining XP throughout the whole process.
As you craft pie dough, cook etc, you gain Sugar and spice etc.
Just ease the burden of "inspirational only leveling system", i feel a passive gain system as well as the inspirational system together would appeal a lot more to players.
