Questions about gluttony

Hello there again pilgrims! I'm trying to get a good grip on what I should make/cook/gather for gluttony levels between 25-30 because everything I have is at least 22-25 now and it's getting harder to raise them. I mainly want to know what is good for blood and yellow bile, but I'm definitely willing to accept any and all advice for all 4 humors. Please and thank you!

I suggest a Wortbaked Wortbite for your Yellow Bile at that level followed up with some Mercury Pumpkin Flesh to push you over the edge. For Blood you can look into some Bluebearry if you can kill bears and if not you could do a Dragonbreath salad, Aztec Abbatoirs, Plank Steak. You can also utilize some Cabbage Rolls made with Bear meet for blood as well.
