so i canceled it with paypal and just reordered a new one and i got the pack now but i was charged 2 times kinda lame but ill get my money back from the first one hopefully

This is really the only thing I can suggest, unfortunately. Paradox are the ones running the shop, and if it isn't working correctly, there's nothing I can do about it.

I don't know exactly how it works, but I think that "cancelling" functionality at Paypal might be an even better option than emailing Paradox. As I've let myself understand it, cancelling a purchase sends some kind of challenge notification to Paradox, forcing them to deal with the problem. ;)

They don't even respond to disputes on Paypall. Been there, done that. First claim was granted since they didn't respond, second claim is almost over the deadline.

Is something going on? Paradox not responding to support, you and Jorb working on H&H again... I surely hope thats all one big coincendence?

I'm actually extremely dissapointed about being totally ignored by Paradox, that's not how to treat paying customers. I tried supporting Salem by buying something from the ingame money store at least once a month. Obviously I will no longer play nor support Salem until they actually respond to my support ticket which is over 2 weeks old now.

I paid for a mystery box two days ago, got payment confirmation email from paypal, but nothing from paradox and the post man still has no new mail for me.

emailed paradox support yesterday about it, still no response.

guess I will try cancelling if they dont response in a few days

I also bought 2 hat boxes 2 days ago to try and help support Salem and haven't got them yet. I hit up Paradox's support and got nothing. WTF.

salem isnt sinking its paradox that is sinking. if anything salem now has more options like steam and other ways to spread the word am sure if salem put there stuff on green light and got votes alot of people would be playing salem.

the fact that paradox is slow and unrespawns to people buying stuff just shows how crapy the company really was. am sure once salem has found another way like steam for ingame purchases they would make alot more money.
