Character disappear

I logged out inside my claim, completely walled of, outside combat, no one near me. Tomorrow my character disapeared from character list and I can't play. What could have happend? Is it a bug?

You were murdered, if you committed a crime(larceny/murder/battery) you can be summoned. I suggest making a char at your base and you will probably find your walls breached and a skeleton.
