KOed in a town

I was wandering through a town and I saw a bugged character inside the town wall who keeps dieing over and over, and then the game started lagging really heavy and then crashed. When I restart the client and log in I on now KOed with 0 black bile and crime(I did not even have criminal acts on). What happed? Is there anything I can do, or am I just stuck here until the owner of the town logs on and sends me home(I've talked to him a couple times I don't think he will kill me)?

I was on the town claim not a personal claim. The guy getting repeatedly KOed is getting KOed then re-spawning at a claim post and then getting KOed again every few minutes, the guy who owns the town told me it was his alt last time we talked.
