Possible bug with Bar of Bubbly soap

I can make lather with a bar of bubbly soap (made two but have not tried making more) and find I can still sell the bar to an NPC in Boston. Is this intended?

You usually get four lathers off one bar.

It used to be that you could still sell it after making 3 lathers, but they changed it so that you can only sell it when you've made 2 or less lathers with it. Make 2 lathers

Since I posted this, I have tried twice to sell bubbly soap in Boston: the first time after making two lathers and the second after making only one. Both times I cannot sell the soap now. Was this in fact a bug that got fixed following my first post? Would love to know if I contributed meaningfully to the beta testing.

it might have been fixed, at the time of my response I am sure it was still possible. It would be weird though, as we didn't get any updates since then.

Loftar has been known to stick small fixes in for the next server restart without any announcements about it.
