Stupid Flour

Okay I give up. How do I make flour? I'm in a windmill, and I have ear of oats, but I can't figure out how to do it, or a recipe to make it. I know I am missing something, but I can't figure it out or find the answer anywhere. I turn to you for guidance, Salem community.

click on the thing inside the windmill then execute the mill flour recipe under processing- you need the baking skill for the recipe
