Draining in swimming?

Hi. I been wondering how much humours it actully does drain when you swim per second. Does anyone know because im afraid swimming throw really small lakes to get to the other side.

Not timed it any, so this is at best a rough estimate. It looks like a point or two of phlegm per tile crossed. You probably won't be swimming across lakes any time soon, but a wide river probably will be somewhat safe.
