Solution: increase totem bash window from 4h to 8h for start and monitor is this was good or bad change.

Welcome in social simulator that is based on players only and their communities.
If you doesn't like large towns build some small camp far away from everyone, forage some mushrooms and hunt deers for fun, but don't expect to build 2-3 person army and raid anything you want or... go play hnh.
