This new mechanic looks lovely. It may require some balancing but I guess with proper feedback it will be fixed swiftly.
However, raising humours in Salem always bored me, because if you don't PvP there's not much use for them. I hope they use this mechanic for many other features. Like inspirationals, gear with civilian bonuses, buildings (materials affecting HP, soak, work speed for workstations etc.)

Redenomination is a true and tried method of combating inflation, eh Jorb? ;)

But in all seriousness, this seems like a fair way to let newcomers catch up with the old players. I think the recent defences nerf needs undoing if we're gonna have even higher humours than in the pre-alchemy times.

Well, us noobs cant catch up since the old timers have the advantage of high tier fields already +the added benefit of high humour *****.

It seems march hares don't produce any sort of meat associated with them. The shreds i just butchered have no "Made from March hare" label on them, while bunny shreds say they're made from bunny rabbit. Curious what other meat lacks a label.
Exactly 6.022 x 10^23 worth of Lach molecules.

Now we lack just a way to counterfeit the ingredients used in the foods.
"Sure, this meat pie is made with exquisite bear" (actually was horse)

(before someone takes me seriously, i was just joking)

It needs some balance and food needs gluttony-values revamp, so we could have less random level up of bile we want to rise with low purity too.

Merc looks like too OP?

EDIT: and cooked food needs heal values buff like +200%

This finally looks like something. I am carefully optimistic about the new tier cooking thing. Too bad it only affects gluttony, not healing values. Would have been nice to be able to make slightly better healing food again.
However, I still hate you (there ya go, happy now?)

I can see some issues.
- new player unfriendly. You nerfed their starter foods. Getting to tier 2 will take new players quite a while (think 2-3 months, building base, slowly learning, and mostly failing to understand farming, push influence), unless they join a pre-existing group.
- fields are way too easy to destroy. A tier 3 field with 100 + 95 influence took too much effort, to be destroyed by some bored pre-nerf raiders who can break walls and tank braziers.
- unpredictable gluttony. Looking at the gluttony values when mouseovering the crafting recipes doesn't mean **** anymore, if the gluttony event values are completely different depending on which tiers ingredient used. We need a cookbook.
- no witchcraft
- no priesthood
- no new animals

but still, this update does not induce uncontrolled fury and rage, as we were getting used to. Keep it up.
