If anybody still cares, I potted 50 trees. Cuttings were taken and planted with these levels.
I'll post results in 3 days.

Looks like the odds of successfully growing trees is determined by your average hunting and gathering, stocks and cultivars, and natural philosophy.
(31+82+53)/3 = 55.3 <-- average of my levels
