Can someone tell me how Alchemy works? What skills do you need higher for alchemy? Any tips? Also whats the skill tree to get alchemy? Just need to know since there is little knowledge of it on wiki.

There's little knowledge because it just got added and the devs don't tell us anything. No one has figured it out yet, sorry.

Those that have been working on it have given up because the results aren't worth the risk of loss from exploding devices at the current costs. It may be something that we'll not get hard formulas on for a while, but as far as how it works in general, there's descriptions in the update threads and an overall discussion thread for alchemy here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6201
