14 ore and 11 lime would be 182% according to the wiki, so eventually if you keep smelting that you should get 1 bar and 82% -> 2 bars and 64% -> 2 bars and 46% -> 2 bars and 28% -> 2 bars and 10% -> + 14 ore (IF you forgot lime) would be 10% + 28% so no bars. One way to test if this is the case would be to put in enough metal for slightly over 62% (in case this was your 2nd or third pass through the entire loop, meaning you had less than 10% left over). So try with 8 ore and 7 lime or something, and if that yields one bar then you might have forgotten the lime.
Edit : Alternatively if somehow your smelter just added up the % to the left over bars, bumping it up to over 200% , it'd be funny to see you get 2-3 bars out of 72% of a bar xD
