Hello guys! Played in Salem in CBT1 but dropped game, so today im remembered about salem again
so that my problem:
When im tryin to login on my account login says "Invalid login: Invalid username or password" when im tryin to reset my password says: "Error No such user could be found." but if i try register new account on my old name in register says: "Invalid submission That username is already registered. Please go back and choose another" so what to do?

When the login service was first moved, anyone that wanted to transfer their account could go through a form to move their credentials from Paradox's login service to here. That has since closed down and there's been issues with people who had played and didn't transfer having their logins flagged as "not available". The best I can suggest for immediate play is to use this login. You can use multiple accounts to play with (please only use one account to post to the forums), and there was a wipe at the end of that testing phase, so nothing is lost or gained other than an easily remembered login by using that account name.

I know TotalyMoo was assisting with getting things straightened out for a while, but I believe this is no longer available. In many cases, a new user name needed to be created, anyway. You can try contacting Enigmaz, our community manager, through here to see if it's possible.

Anyways, it is unlikely that your old account will be reinstated. You really should just play with this account, because you dont really have any characters on your old account anyways.
