Better questions about that map? what are those little clusters of yellow time zone in Russia? Why does Greenland have 2 little sections of Time zones on either coast? Arizona isn't the only non standard state, Indiana also has some pretty wacky times.
For those of us in the US, they gave us 12 pm (noon) Pacific. That means 1 pm Mountain, 2 pm Central, and 3 pm Eastern.
