What new strange and interesting crops do you want to see?

i think you guys are awesome for suggesting hazelnut trees and apple trees and tomatoes.
a field made with chicken poop or wood or something that will grow mushrooms. but for new plants.... flowers. pansies maybe, for an ingredient. or we could grow toxic plants for making poisons on our swords. I feel like plants should be used for more then just food and plant fiber. but I don't know what. is beekeeping out of the question? I feel like symbols of culture, like gardens and benches and churches should push the darkness back but I can't imagine them tackling something like that when they have purity to do.

or I just want to fill my farm with every possible plant and have colors everywhere because I'm more like a magpie then a colonist.

Maybe some rare, difficult to farm fantasy crops that spawn only in the darkness? I want more weird darkness content.

I would love to see Tobacco put for new ways to make money. Any type of tree that bears fruit, and really any crop that would allow new types of food for it like carrots and potatoes!

This might be a wild idea but how about crossbreeding plants to yield better and stranger fruits?

I don't know. There will be witchcraft so there might be possibilities of many weird plants later on. Use your imagination. Beside, I said it was a wild shot, don't be so testy.

It's cool. I played a bit of "A tale in the desert", great crafting game, and there's some crossbreeding in there so I think it might be fun and since we have those alchemy lab stuff, it wouldn't be a surprise that some day you'll stumble upon a small house where a witch/alchemist tinkers with their alchemy table and creates many weird plants around the house. Like in the movies .
