help with phlegm please

Postby Tamasin » Thu Apr 18, 2013 10:50 am

i have terribly unbalanced my humours. bb is 26, blood 16, yb 12 and phlegm 11.
i've managed to start work on fixing everything but my phlegm, i just can't figure out any foods i can make that give me much of it. the things i could make from the wiki that looked like they gave nice phlegm didn't seem to give it when i started gluttony and looked at them. i really need some foods to help fix it! please help!

use this - sort by agerage descending first, then look for food, which you can craft.

That wiki page really needs a good "filter and sort" like what you'd get in a database or spreadsheet.

thanks guys but like i said, i looked in the wiki and the foods that i could make either seemed not to give much phlegm according to the wiki, or if they did when i went to gluttony they actually didn't, like the garlic rabbit.

if the value is around 1/3 oder 1/4 of your bile level, its ok ...you simply need more of the stuff. Look for food with short eating time = you can eat more/faster

I have the following food setup for new alts I spawn, which I want to get to 30-40's humours, and nothing more. It should help you level out:

Phlegm: pumpkin pies
ybile/blood: mushroom pies
blood correction: cornmeal flatbread
ybile correction: i almost never need this, but use barley cakes/crescent croissants (depending on the flour I have left)
bbile: lead crackers (before purity update), cabbage cakes after
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

yes ...but you should consider to level phlegm and yellow bile together. good yellow bile food is far more difficult to craft than phlegm food. For yellow you can use wortbaked wartbite too.

agreed, some of my options require you to be a pretty productive farmer. I remember wortbaked wartbites from my early days. They can replace the barley cakes/croissants, but require you to go forage a bit.
