I get this to, but for me it actually crashes the client with no error message, it just closes out. Only happens when I dig. It always lags when i dig but only crashes about once out of every 10 digs.

Using the leveling tool while digging? I've noticed it lag me a bit occasionally, and seemed to raise the memory usage while it was active (this increase might actually be what's crashing you)
