Stuck on high ground

Don't laugh, But i'm stuck on a little high ground sqaure, I was trying to dig this away by climbing on it and start to dig it,
But now i'm stuck with a pile of dirt on my back and no way to get off or drop the earth back, also fast travel is not working.

So help because been stuck on hight fround 1m on 1m sqaure with a pile a off dirt on my back hurts
