Kind of sounds like the fundamental concept behind the treaty to me.
I'm not sure how you actually define that price of barely any silver coins as a "fee to manage a threat"
The ferry service is nothing but a cheap way/service to cross the claim

Mimicry may be the finest form of flattery, but simply copying the Tribe's requests is somewhat childish. "NO! Don't give those to them. Give them to us instead...

"
That wasn't really the point, though.

Despite your feelings to the contrary and anti-Tribe sentiment, they have shown quite a lot of organization unlike any other group as well as a functioning plan to stop raiding on the server. Even were the Rebellion to succeed, the power vacuum left in its wake would lead to terrible things as a result of the Rebellion. Establish yourselves and stop being a guerrilla organization and then we'll talk.
I never said the tribe isn't organized, not sure why you are bringing that up?
You don't realize that the point of the plan is not to stop raiding, its just domination..you are currently functioning as a tribe handholder.
Its also kinda funny how you think the Rebellion isn't organized atm

The fact that i failed with a village once due to lack of game experience doesn't really mean anything, we never stopped playing since then, therefore your argument is invalid..
I also don't speak for the Rebellion, Coles does. You must also understand that the rebellion is more of a belief than a group.
