Player Created Instances

I would like to see some player created instances, dungeons, caves, etc. (will be referred to instances from here on)
1.) The instances should allow for players to attempt to raid the instance (solo or group).
2.) The players should not be killed but instead receive a KO just like they would when fighting a regular npc.
3.) Players should be able to charge an entrance fee of the instance as well as an option for no charge.
3a) If the creator charges a player, they should be allowed to see what items are set up as the treasure for clearing the cave.
3b) If the creator does not charge then items should not be displayed.
4.) Player should not be attacked if they are the creator of the instance or atleast have an option to turn on or off attacks on creator so the creator can test/debug, and explore their own instances.
5.) You should be able to capture ALL mobs (not just in the instance).
5a.) Then you can use the captured mobs to place inside the instance.
5b.) Mobs captured should eventually become tamed (new skill), so they can be placed around the tamer's property
5c.)Tamer skill should allow the tamer to place pets at specific location and the option for a "do not attack" specific players, provided by inputting a name Case Sensitive.
6.) PK should NOT be allowed inside the instance. This will prevent Ganking.

This seems comprehensive and covers all the basics. As far as accessing the instance, players should only have to do a brief download before accessing the instances to save on overall file size, much like a mod.

Permanent death is the center of this game. If you're worried about dying with a character it should be because that character is your main but what could possibly be threatening your main character beyond a full scale war? All players that are worth the space they take up in the server maintain alt accounts as disposable specialists, warriors, farmers, explorers and other jobs that are either too dangerous or trivial for your main are supposed to be under-taken by your personal cadre. I could understand why you wouldn't know that but there's no excuse now.

You're taking my words out of context or trolling one.
for one the quote "I also want no player killing!" was not in my post
All those listed with numbers were referring to player created INSTANCES only. I'm fine with the pk and am aware it's an integral part of the game. Also in my post I never said I want more PVE, just more options. The instance can also be used to create arenas and so forth if you want to go more in depth. So please stop trolling, and stop taking my words out of context. It's also very rude to quote something that is not even in the message you quoted from. I'll no longer reply to your posts.

This subject is completely out of the ballpark of the core concepts of this game. This isn't a dungeon diving game a la WoW or EQ. If one of the devs considers it worth discussion, they can unlock it. Until then, thread closed.
