Actually, have you REALLY thought of what all this would imply? I understand where you're coming from on this, but this really isn't a solution. The one chance lower tier players have is the high level players getting killed off and having to rebuild those characters. With this, they just drop their $7 bucks and, *boom*, they're back on top again. MUCH cheaper than the few weeks of farming, hunting, and mining they need to reestablish that toon.
