Summoning

I realise if I'm in Boston (sic) or log out there I can be summoned.
What happens if I am outside of Boston (10 hours) and do not have a lean to, am I safe?

I was paddling on a lake, in a canoe, while carrying a boat. Then lost all my chit to lag!

If you are logged out w/o a leanto someone can summon/instagib you. Logged in, you're okay, just hope you don't dc.

I would not rely on being 'constantly online'

This is why eventually you want to make a mini super fortress where your leanto is. Smaller space means less braziers/walls but at the same time can squeeze every last tile for maximum defense.

You are not safe if you have committed crimes. If you haven't commited crimes, you can't be summoned, so don't worry.

If you have no leanto and are summoned, you die. Permanently. Online or off.

If you are online and are summoned to your leanto, you still go to your leanto (or claimstone) and you can fight your summoner. Being online doesn't make you safe.

The only way to be summoned when online is when in Boston. Of course, if you're online, people can track you directly.

Just make a script that makes your char walk west.

Sure, but what if you're trackers are coming from the west?
