Noob Question

I used the adventure guide and got a homestead that I've decided I really don't like now. As far as moving to a new homestead do I need to destroy my old lean to first or can I just make a new one at the new location? I ask because I don't have enough phlegm yet to destroy my old lean to before it runs out.

You should be able to travel to boston from your leanto and talk to the guide again to port to a new location (providing you haven't used up all of your location spawns)
You don't need to break your leanto though. If you were to break it, you'd have to make another to be able to port to boston

Yes...Ive learned to not break your leanto...never...its your passage to and from boston. As your travellng, if you were to come across another leanto that is unclaimed, you can claim it and it will become your new homestead. The previous one you had remains in the world for another passer-by to do the same thing, or it decays.

Now about the Boston Guide....I thought that that was just a one-time arrangement....that after you used the Guide once to be teleported to a location for a new homestead, you couldnt do it again.

I believe you're right. I tried to use the Guide again and all it does it open up the weapon shop. Thanks for the help guys.

I hate to ask another question here, but I set my homestead in an abandoned one I found stupidly, but would like to go to the leanto I previously had. Is there a way for me to find the location of my original leanto?

Yeah, you only get to talk to him once. You get four teleport chances when you do, and he stands near your leanto waiting to see what you think of the place. If you wander too far away, he disappears and that's the end of it, or if you port to Boston.

Only if you recall where it is and can personally walk to it.
