Trees do not currently regrow.

I think cuttings take between 4 days to a week to regrow. I haven't specifically timed it.

ok, thanks, don't suppose you also know if they both grow back at the same time or if it's 1 first and then the other?

No idea. But I just started tree planting so next time I go get cuttings, I'll check that and also time it. I'll update the wiki as well, guess you're the first to ask this question.
