Few questions that needs help

Postby GaraDasha » Sat Mar 16, 2013 2:45 pm

1. Im digging with 25% speed, is there a way to increase it? stats-skills?

2. If i start producing tier 2 cabbage lets say, when the exp bars of the farm goes 0, am i going to be forced to produce tier 1 again untill i fill its exp bar again?

3. If I want to make 3 lines of stone wall, if i leave 1 box empty between them, do they get hurt by splash dmg?

4. I didn't understand how to use-rent market stalls at town can some1 explain please, I couldn't find proper info on wiki :( . Do we rent the stall with every socket of it or is it possible to only rent 1 stock?

5. I don't understand how people raid-find ppl they are looking for. I mean it seriously takes ages to walk. How do you do it? I'm really curious if people are using cheat-engine to walk faster or what so ever?

6. How far do these Timber Piles be away frm objects and staff? Can we build timber piles close to eachother etc? Not enough info on wiki :(

7. On our equipment page, left side of cloak box, hat box exists, but what about the box under cloak? What can we wear for that box? And whats the box at the right side of key ring for? And again whats the box for next to our purse(not on equipment page, Im talking about the bar et left side of screen, its left hand-right hand-purse-emptybox**.

8. I already got 50ish stats. It seems a little hard to increase them. I'm not sure if I'm using wrong foods or low quality foods?

Sorry for my tooooo many questions :P

1. Using a shovel will make you dig faster, a metal shovel will make you dig much more faster. You can increase digging speed further by slotting artifacts that give +soil digging on your clothes.

2. I'm not sure about this one

3. Again not certain but if i know this correctly splash damage will hit the closest wall tile that is up to 5 tiles range. It will only hit 1 wall though so you can build a makeshift wall between 2 stonewalls, outer stone walls splash damage will be soaked by makeshift and makeshift wont damage the inner stone wall when its destroyed as it's lower tier.

4. No idea

5. You can find some of the settlements on http://salem.comlu.com/ , low-profile ones are found by manual scouting, checking the minimap for dug areas, pavements etc.

6. I did a bit reading on this one and from what i understand the mold catching range of timber piles is 8 tiles. Any player, animal or other building must be at least 8 tiles away if you want to prevent mold 100%. Once a timber pile is molded, mold can jump to the next pile within 5 tiles of range.

7. I assumed box under cloak was for vests, haven't tried it though.

8. After a certain stats you want to gluttony using the high purity foods you grow yourself.

2. Yes. The output of the farm is based upon the values in those influence bars. If it drops below the threshold (or goes above it), the resulting crop changes.

4. You rent the whole stall. You have to find one that isn't in use by another player first. I'm not sure if there are any on the different servers or not. I primarily hang out on Plymouth.

5. There's also various exploits, finding scents, etc.

7. Some of the equipment slots, at this point, may still be unused. If you can't find something for it, that may be the case.

8. Get better quality materials, use more variety, use higher skill recipes. Right now the only way to get any purity into foods is from farming. The wiki is a great help on picking the recipes to use. At this point, everything on the wiki should be baseline so you can multiply the value by the purity of the food you want to consume (remember the purity is a percentage and the multiplier is on a range of 1-10).
