Anyway to transfer a claim?

Seems there is no obvious way to transfer a claim from one char to another - is this true? Is it a planned feature?

I know I can currently add money to a claim stone using another char but I cannot access the window that shows the claim details to know when the stone needs more money, nor can I do anything like extend it.

There is none and no plans for it that I'm aware. It never hurts to ask for the feature.
