i can confirm logging out and waiting for a really long time will eventually send you back home.

After they knock you out, they slowly keep pecking away at your other biles at a rate of ~0.3 biles per minute.

So i patiently waited until all my biles got knocked down to zero thinking surely after hours of pecking away all the biles you 'd get sent home.

not the case.... they keep at it, well past the point of it being funny....

ah, thanks mereni i woundered if that might be the case, not current on the wilderness update, what used to be dark is now light so i thought it was all civilized now.

Yeah, I found that update confusing, but the way it worked is that the darkness drain is not as high as it used to be, but it is now permanent. Used to be, higher humors would protect you until you got into the Really dark darkness. Now, the only thing that stops drain is having a church. I don't know if the border of the darkness actually changed, maybe it was pushed back some?

I got stuck like this once, just logged out and took about 30 minutes of messing around on my other character before I saw myself finally log out and I was free.
