If I ckick him left or right button there is nothing happened.

I believe you require "Larceny", even for stealing from knocked out players.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

If you choose "send home" he might drop his inventory. I think..

That's right. Any time you KO, you drop your inventory. Equipped items remain on the character. (Silver and purses won't drop, though.)

it should say 'l3wt' in the flower menu when you rightclick a KO'ed player ...
