No bank access in Jamestown

I am on Jamestown server. There is no NPC in front of the bank building in Jamestown and thus no way to access account to withdraw silver. Please fix.

OK. I have now seen the screenshot. Thanks for trying to help me.

That is not a view of Jamestown. When I go to Jamestown the bank is on the south side of the square. The entrance to the bank (on its north side) is not visible.

When I go to Jamestown the orientation of the image you sent is reversed. The guy on the horse statue is facing north. The building you pointed to shows up on the minimap with the same orientation. But when I see it from the square it is a wood house with a wilderness guide in front.

And the image I see is the same with the default client and with Ender's.

Could have swore I made that guy on Jamestown. The guy you need to talk to is the same on all the servers, though, and in front of the same type of building.

Ok. Then this is a real bug because I cannot see the guy in front of the bank building. The building blocks the view of the front. Can someone who is on Jamestown server verify that the image is reversed. Is there a way to make the buildings transparent? I also have seen a mine with the entrance on the north side so that it cannot be accessed.

I can confirm that the bank guy is there on Jamestown.
It just occured to me.. you do realise that this is 3d and you can move your camera view? No mines are inaccessable because the door is on the north side?

I bet that is it. How do I move the camera view. I do not see anytihing in the options menu except audio and video choices.

ok i see that the mousewheel controls the camera. However I am on a laptop and there is no mouse wheel. just a touch pad and a right and left click. Any ideas?

Middle mouse button, hold and move mouse. Hope this helps you, this game can be difficult for noobs and simple stuff is often overlooked by more experienced players, good luck and have fun!

Check your laptop's documentation. There should be some way to make a middle mouse button action. Often this is to hold down both left and right buttons (default action on Windows for a while, at least that was it on my old Win 98 laptop). You can usually configure this in your mouse/pointer options in Control Panel (Windows).

My thanks to all. I will have to get a mouse with a wheel. Two fingers on the touch pad (asus laptop from 2012) activates zoom in and out. I can also sometimes get the wheel with rotating arrows to appear on screen and I can change it from clockwise to counter clockwise but I cannot drag the wheel or change the camera orientation.
