trading

right click opens a trading window, for all you super realistic people if I put an item on the table and you grabbed it and ran. I wouldn't stand there going  well there's nothing I can do.

How does this differ from using the trade barrels or something like a hollow log or stump in the wilderness? Or, lacking those, just dropping items on the ground?

I think he means standard trade window used in MMOs. Both sides put items in their tabs and then press "accept"

If this is the intent, then it's the exact same thing I can find a few other threads on already. I'd really like clarification before I decide to close ormerge this thread.

it differs from the sense you don't leave your junk for anyone to grab and hope the other guy is honest.

I mean for online games this system of trade is seriously out-dated. A Standard 10 item trade window with options for trading money would make trading a lot easier, faster, and safer.

The most important commodity in this game is trust. Changing trade mechanics would weaken the worth of trust.

I'd rather have safe trading system than people shopping screens or making sockpuppets to frame others

While I agree with the sentiments in this thread, it is already been posted a half dozen times. If you have something to add to an existing thread, feel free, but I'm afraid you won't find anything different than what you've already stated. Thread closed.
