Splash damage on walls just ridiculous

this was the case previously (on the first implementation).
By now splash can only travel from higher or equal tier walls to other walls, and will only travel a single square at a time (although I do not know whether wall segments destroyed by splash again start a splash damage event).

In any case, I found it to be a pretty good and balanced mechanic, firstly because it makes multiple layer walls a lot less useful, and those are ugly :)

To the best of my knowledge that doesn't apply to stone hedge and plank fence, as a stone hedge will deal damage to the plank fence it's just about the weaker stick walls.

tried it just now, splash traveled at least 5 squares ahead of "me" inside of the town claim

What' doesn't apply? You should quote the post you're referring to. According to the last patch that dealt with walls, splash damage only affects walls of the same strength or higher. A stone hedge splash can't damage a plank wall.

why is my last post gone?

i tested it again and spash travels at least 5 squares inside a v-claim in that direction the char is facing to!
