Oi matey, you shouldn't be sneaking in peoples places to "check out the wallpaper". That's very ... uncouth, my man.

Personally, I keep a good distance from anyone's property or work space that I see. If they are around I'll announce myself in chat, and that I'm peaceful and just passing by. Perhaps it's just my peace-loving, hermit-like way of playing the game, but I always feel hugely disappointed when I come back to my base to find a skeleton of a recently-deceased raider, or perhaps a few missing roasted chestnuts from my basket. I expect better from folks, I suppose.

I'm still searching for a few good neighbors in Jamestown. It's been a long time, just me and and the the few deer who wonder by to keep me company.
