Character Can't Enter World

At some point, next to someone's settlement, my client logged itself out for no reason, and the particular character I was playing with cannot log back in. I made a new character to check if the problem persisted, but that one is fine.

Is there a place I can file a support ticket?

Did the first char commit any crimes? Was it on another persons claim?

I have not entered places that prompted a warning message of being someone's property.

What kind of message do you get when you log in the bugged character? If you get a crash report, it might be helpful to paste it here.

But did you toggle the trespassing on?

[Andromedan]

I get no message, I'm simply returned to the login screen.

I did not enable trespassing.

I did not receive a message before the character was logged out.

Sounds like the char might be dead, but hard to say how it died.

Oh oke. So the character is not removed from the character screen when it's dead?

Yeah, it goes away from the screen. For ever.

But it hasn't disappeared; It's still an option. When I select the character, it attempts to load the environment, and after one second I'm returned to the login screen. Not the character screen, but the login screen.
