In Ender right click on player square on map and wait until he will teleport to home then click "follow" from menu.

Issue is that this is server/design error, we shouldn't be able to follow players that are far away.

Set a maximum distance that a follow can be allowed from someone not in a party with the person being "Followed". Problem is erased and you can still walk to your friends easy-mode style with following from their party icon.

This isn't the first time this has been reported and several fixes have been suggested.

I'm partial to the one Orney suggests, but that means the party arrows need to be effective (no idea if they are working correctly or not in Salem... know they were just a big lie in HnH; pointers to home work just fine, though).

Better yet would be to just remove the follow command unless you're in a party with the target. If you can't manually keep up with someone you're trying to follow, you don't deserve to be following them. Make players create their own damn bots.

Another suggestion I think I made was to have a limit on the activation of the flower menu. If the target the menu was opened on moves far enough away from the one trying to initiate an action, it just fails, no matter what it was, be it memorize, kin, party (probably should be excepted since you should be able to party those in your kin list somehow no matter how far away), even things like opening containers, butchering corpses, etc. This fixes several potential issues and bugs.
I am a moderator. I moderate stuff. When I do, I write in this color.
