Looking for revenge

Postby kusev » Wed Feb 20, 2013 1:13 pm

Hello,

I was away for a few months and when I came back everything I built was destroyed. I am starting fresh but I have problems with that. Someone is stealing my stuff - tools (sawbuck, tanning tub), inspirational (soap, coffin plank), materials (coal, boards). I have 2 evidences but I can't track him - he must have ported home which is too far away (I run out of charges). Also I was mostly farmer so I can't do jack even if I have caught him in the act. Any ideas how I can protect myself and maybe get some revenge (fighting is not an option - I hunt rabbits...)?

Regards,
John Keel

The best way to protect yourself is to move.

So plymouth.

You could make a thread in the HoB (House of Burgesses) enlisting the help of someone. I could also, by request, move this thread and it could act as you enlistment services.

At this point I put this on hold - I want to see if he will try and steal something else. If he was just passing by and helped himself maybe I can let it go. If he comes back with ill intent I shall evoke the HoB.

p.s. There must be some automatic system of crime and punishment - for example an NPC in town that will take the Evidence and fine the criminal (money to be taken from his claim deposit maybe). Or KO him upon ever returning to Boston. Alternatively you can place the Evidence together with a bounty and anyone can collect it against a KO notice or something.
